ErinsCollection.com works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the most beautiful products at the prices that suit you. 

This results in all our orders being shopped to you from across the world - from Thailand and China to Morocco. However we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.

Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take  2-4 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item/items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange .

If you need to cancel or change an order you’ll have to contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

You will have to wait until you receive your package, contact us and return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please include on your email the following information:

  • Your original order number
  • Your current shipping address
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the defect or damage. Did this occur over time, or did it happen all at once?

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace your item if it's defective, damaged, have missing parts or if it’s not in its original condition when you receive it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (minus shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale

Some of our pieces are final sale. unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds and exchanges on sale items, and after our 14 days policy.
