How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days and are usually delivered in about 1-4 weekends. It might get delivered sooner or take longer depending on where you live.

If a few extra days have passed and your order's still not with you, it's worth heading down to your local post office for a friendly visit. Missed delivery cards have been known to go missing, so, it could turn out that your parcel has been waiting for you all along.

Is my information and payment method secure?

Our store is built and payments are processed on the Shopify platform. They have the most state of the art technology built in to keep your information safe. Your security is our #1 priority, so we take it a step further.  We have partnered with McAffee Security to give every customer identity theft protection when they purchase on our site. You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. Another reason might be that we ship our items from all over the world, you may receive one item before the other. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

 

My order has already been shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed by our fulfillment center.
